Wir hatten wieder eine Schönwetterphase. Ganz unüblich, denn es war die Zeit des Ingolstädter Frühlingsfestes. So bin ich dann losgezogen, um ein paar Langzeitaufnahmen von den Vergnügungsgeschäften und dem abschließenden Feuerwerk zu machen.
We again had a fair-weather period. Quite unusual because it was the season of Spring Festival in Ingolstadt. That’s how I went out to make a few long shots of the amusement attractions and the closing fireworks display.
Zur Eingewöhnung und zum Test habe ich eine kleinere Bergtour in der Bayerischen Voralpen unternommen. Meine Wahl fiel auf den Wank. Ein Berg nahe Garmisch-Partenkirchen mit Blick auf das Wettersteingebirge, deren höchste Erhebung Deutschlands höchster Berg ist: die Zugspitze. Nachdem ich in diesem Frühjahr wieder mit dem Joggen begonnen habe, fiel mir diese Tour nicht wirklich schwer. Ganz im Gegensatz zum vorigen Jahr, als ich wie eine alte Dampflokomotive die Berge hinaufgeschnauft bin. Ich plane meine Touren so, dass sie nur bei schönem Wetter stattfinden. So werden ich stets mit einem tollen Panorama belohnt und muss nicht im Sturm und Regen stundenlang durch die Berge streifen.
For acclimatizing and to make a test I undertook a smaller mountain tour in the Bavarian alps. My choice fell on Wank. A mountain close Garmisch-Partenkirchen with view of Wettersteingebirge, with Germany’s highest mountain: the Zugspitze. This spring I startet with easy running. So I made this route in a pretty good time. Completely contrary to the previous year, when I climbed the mountains like an old steam engine. Usually I plan my tours on sunny days. So I will always be rewarded with a great panoramic view and need not to hike through the mountains for hours while the rain is comming from the clouds.
Mit den Fotofreunden sind wir zu einem Ereignis zur St. Augustinkirche in Ingolstadt gerufen worden. Der bekannte Künstler Ben Muthofer hat dort zwei seiner Werke ausgestellt und beleuchtet. Wir durften dieses Ereignis auf den Sensor bannen.
With the photo friends we were called to an event to the St. Augustin church in Ingolstadt. The well-known artist Ben Muthofer issued and lit up two of his works there. We were invited to take pictures of this event.
